Justin qualifies 9th at Twin Ring Motegi

Justin and Dale Coyne Racing had a successful first day’s running at Twin Ring Motegi in Japan, qualifying the #18 Z-Line Designs car in 9th position with a four-lap average speed of 199.489 mph. Scott Dixon took pole position for Chip Ganassi Racing (202.031 mph) with KV Racing’s Mario Moraes
